CITY OF HOLBROOK PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council, sitting as the Board of Adjustment, will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Holbrook City Hall, located at 465 N. 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding the following request:

Matthew Gandara, Permit Coordinator for Texas Republic Signs, LLC, on behalf of Allsup’s #000999, requests approval of a Variance Permit for property located at 1702 & 1704 W. Hopi Dr., APNs 109-05-001B and 109-05-004D, to allow one freestanding pylon sign with an overall height of 125 feet and a total sign face area of 865.28 square feet, exceeding the C-2 General Commercial zoning district limits of 36 feet in height and 300 square feet in sign face area.
