By K. Conner Friday was Senior Night at Petranovich Gym and coming off their first loss of the season the Bulldogs hosted the Payson Longhorns. The first quarter found Winslow leading 10-5 and the second quarter Winslow would extend the lead with the Dawgs out-shooting the Longhorns 19-15 for a halftime score of 29-18. In the third quarter the Bulldogs continued to pull away with a score of 47-24. In the fourth, Winslow Coach Venton Nelson would play his reserve players throughout the rest of the game with only one starter on the court at a time. The final score of the game was 59-42 Winslow. Winslow had two players in double digits Roy Billups with 13 and Caury Silversmith with 11 points. Payson’s Hunter Lee would be the high scorer of the game with 15 points.
