Snowflake Mayor Kelly Willis acknowledged Councilman Tom Poscharsky at the Feb. 12 town council meeting for his appointment to the Little Colorado Resource, Conservation & Development Board of Directors. He also thanked Poscharsky for the many hours of service he gives to the community and to the county in an effort to bring economic development to the area.
