Snowflake Floodplain Administrator and Town Engineer Rob Emmett reported to the Snowflake Town Council, which was sitting as the Floodplain Board Feb. 8. He noted that the meeting was a follow-up to the Jan. 11 meeting when the board was notified of a property that was out of compliance with the floodplain regulations.
“They have supplied the necessary paperwork,” reported Emmett, noting that everyone is now in compliance.
Emmett reported that in the next three to six months procedural items that are being revised will be presented to the board for approval.
