NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE TOWN OF SNOWFLAKE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given to the public that the Snowflake Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall at 81 W. 1st St. South, Snowflake, AZ 85937 on August 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Zoning Change request per Town Code Section 10-9. D-Tint Management LLC is seeking to rezone parcels 202-05-047D and 202-05-047C; unknown address, Snowflake, AZ 85937. The property is currently zoned H1-Heavy Industrial. The re-zone request is to change the parcels to R-10 Residential 10K sqft. The parcels are approximately 12.81 and 11.56 acres in size. The purpose of the re-zone request is to allow for future development.
