The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of May 24-30. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, Wells Marshall, 48, of Taylor, was arrested for aggravated assault after deputies were dispatched to the 5300 block of Wickberg Road in Snowflake for a report of an assault. Marshall was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 11:06 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, Brandon Grosshans, 40, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 8500 block of Tryon Lane in Snowflake for a report of a disorderly subject. Grosshans was booked into the county jail.
At 6:22 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, Michael Rexroat, 61, of Taylor was arrested for failure to appear after deputies made contact with Rexroat in the Pinedale area. Rexroat was booked into the county jail.
At 10:49 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, Royce Spencer, 19, of Taylor, was cited for DUI/drugs following a traffic stop on Main Street and Center Street in Taylor.
