The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of Feb. 5-11. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 5:18 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, Reuban Garcia, 19, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 8100 block of Nutt Lane in Snowflake for a report of a disorderly subject. Garcia was booked into the Navajo County Jail. At 8:35 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, Jessica Bower, 32, of Houston, Texas, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on 9th North Main Street in Snowflake. Bower was booked into the county jail.
