On Nov. 9, the 3rd Annual Tamie Ramsey Classic took place at the Petronovich Gym in Winslow with 13 teams participating and approximately 200 dancers and cheerleaders competing, along with the many parents and fans in attendance.
This is a unique competition, providing an opportunity for high school teams to get critiques back from judges prior to the state championship with time to implement any changes or add to the routines that they will be preforming at state.
Dancers and cheerleaders both get master classes where they can learn new moves and methods to improve their routines in the future in addition to the chance to perform.
There is no first place awards but awards for different aspects of a routine.
