The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Sept. 3-9. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 1:31 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 4, Clay Daly, 65, of Overgaard was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault after deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of State 277 in Overgaard for a report of domestic violence. Daly was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
