The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Sept. 13-19. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19, Joshua Mills, 49, of Gilbert was arrested for failure to appear after deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Aspen Road in Overgaard for a report of an intoxicated subject. Mills was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
