The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of July 30 – Aug. 5. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 5:37 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, Ethan O’Connell, 18, of Phoenix was arrested for trespassing, underage drinking and furnishing tobacco to a minor after deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Ranch House Road in Overgaard regarding a trespasser. O’Connell was booked into the Navajo County Jail. At 8:35 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18, Michael Vincent II, 39, of Overgaard was arrested for failure to comply with a court order after deputies made contact with Vincent in the Heber area. Vincent was booked into the county jail. At 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, Jay Gordon, 38, of Overgaard was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 2700 block of Yates Road in Overgaard for a disorderly call. Gordon was booked into the county jail. At 4:58 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, Mayson Heyninck, 23, of Phoenix was cited and released for criminal speeding.
