By Greg Perkins With the book finally closed on the football season Lobo fans can now direct their attention indoors where their boys basketball team is now at full strength. While they won’t yet be in game shape, at least new Head Coach Joe Clare should have his full team at his disposal. Snowflake won twice last week picking up a 48-37 road win at Round Valley on Thursday. They returned to their home court on Saturday with an easy 75-24 win over a struggling Ganado Hornet team. The Lobos have two games this week including their east region opener. Winslow comes to town on Tuesday to kick off the region schedule. On Wednesday the Lobos will welcome in Tuba City in what will be their final game before the holiday break. The Lobos will be in action at the Epic Tourneys New Years’ tournament held Dec. 28 thru the 30 in Chandler. They will return to regular season play on Jan. 5 when they travel to Pima. Snowflake is currently 3-1 on the season.
