With the cancelation of the Holbrook City Council meeting on Thursday, Mayor Kathleen Smith took advantage of the time to host an impromptu meet and greet at the Machusak Center, inviting the community to come out and discuss issues they felt were important in the city. Also in attendance were Vice Mayor Francie Payne and Councilman Kip Woolford.
