In loving memory of Alta Mae Allen, aged 85, who passed away peacefully in her home in Snowflake on Sept. 28, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, at Calvary Chapel in Snowflake. She was born on Feb. 14, 1933, to Ralph and Erie Faught in Oktaha, Okla. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Alta was a great cook, loved her garden, and loved reading and stitching. She also loved her angels and collectibles. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law Steve and Lauri Watkins, her caring daughter and son-in-law Carol and Leon Allen, her devoted daughter-in-law Carolyn Watkins and her sister Agnes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great- great-grandchildren. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled the arrangements.
