The Navajo County Republican Committee will host the annual Lincoln Day Dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, at the Torreon Golf Club in Show Low. Traditionally local Republican Party organizations across the nation sponsor a Lincoln Day Dinner as a fundraising event, and to bring together like-minded Republicans to grow and increase cohesiveness in their local parties. Arizona State Treasurer and COO of the local Trump Campaign, Jeff DeWit has confirmed as a speaker at the dinner. Also invited to speak are Congressman Paul Gosar. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, former Maricopa County sheriff Joe Arpaio and Governor Doug Ducey. Tables for each guest speaker can be purchased to dine with that speaker and eight guests of your choice are available for $1,000 to $1,500, or individual tickets for general dining are $55 each. Proceeds benefit the Navajo County Republican Committee. The menu will include Strawberry gorgonzola salad with balsamic vinaigrette, chicken cordon bleu with citron Dijon cream sauce, whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes, broccolini and spring carrots, and chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries.
