Cheryl Dianne Kight went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2016, in Snowflake, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born June 17, 1945, to Lawrence and Sylvia Anderson in Culver City, Calif. She grew up in Westchester, Calif., then moved from Orange County, Calif., to Ahwatukee in 1984. Cheryl married the love of her life, Raymond Kight, on June 27, 1964. She loved bowling, the lake, the beach, and mostly spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Kight; her children, Rick Kight of Oceanside, Calif., Kimberly Kight Malone of Snowflake, Josh Kight of Gilbert and Amy Kight Belch of Overgaard; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren with one on the way. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Sylvia Anderson. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor was in charge of the arrangements.
