Steve Turley (second from left) and Dale Call (second from right) were honored at a barbecue dinner on the occasion of their retirement from the Snowflake Fire Department. Call retired with 32 years of service and Turley with 23 years. Each was presented with a fire axe from a department truck mounted on his locker door from the old station at Second South and First West. Making the presentations were Taylor-Snowflake Chief Clint Burden (left) and Assistant Chief Willie Nelson (right).
