Francine Georgette Foster, 88, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at her home in Snowflake. Interment will take place in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Wilmington, N.C. She was born to the late Charles Thiebaut and Yvonne (Caillouet) Urban in Paris, France, on July 17, 1926. A very happy person, Francine lived life to the fullest. She loved living in Arizona and the many wonderful places that she visited here in the last 20 years. She loved her animals and was a great mother. She was very proud of the fact that she could claim, as few can, that she achieved the feat of a hole-in-one on the 9th hole in Briarwood, N.C. Francine will be deeply missed. Survivors include her daughter, Yvonne Robinett of Snowflake. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Denver E. May; her second husband, Cliff L. Foster; and her son-in-law, Van B. Robinett. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Snowflake was in charge of the arrangements.
