The Snowflake Heritage Foundation continues its annual Twelve Days of Christmas celebration, and encourages everyone to decorate their homes and businesses for the Christmas season if they haven’t already.

In 1997, the foundation came up with a theme for the town, Snowflake, the Town Where the Christmas Spirit Lives All Year Long. To follow that theme, the foundation’s board of directors encouraged everyone to at least put a wreath on their door and, if possible, lights on their homes, noting that the efforts of so many brought a spirit of unity to the community.
