These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. Monday, March 28: Timothy Nez George, 43, possession of alcohol in violation of a city ordinance; and Amy Zizka, 44, disorderly conduct. Tuesday, March 29: Amy Zizka, 44, criminal damage. Wednesday, March 30: Ronald Nez, 49, a warrant; Eddie Tsosie, 46, a warrant; Anthony B. Kolomitz, 46, a warrant; and Joshua David Henson, 28, a warrant. Thursday, March 31: Robert Williams, 45, threatening and intimidating, disorderly conduct and violation of a court order. Friday, April 1: Aryiana Raquage Beels-Kaufman, 25, disorderly conduct/domestic violence and assault/domestic violence; a 13-year-old female, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in a drug-free school zone; and Gary Yazzie Bahe, 54, disorderly conduct and a warrant.
