On March 31, a search warrant was served on Tracy Horton, 45, of Winslow. During the search detectives discovered a half-pound of heroin, Fentanyl patches, Suboxone patches, multiple scales and $3,900 in cash. Horton was charged with money laundering, and three counts each of possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug for sale. She was booked into Navajo County Jail. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $15,000.
