These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. Monday, Oct. 16: Cathleen Chappelow, 61, failure to remain at scene of collision and criminal damage; Edison Dixon Jr., 38, failure to appear. Tuesday, Oct. 17: Keith John, 29, violation of a court order; and Jack Curley, 45, DUI. Wednesday, Oct. 18: Henry Carson, 57, DUI; and Damien Charley, 30, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance. Thursday, Oct. 19: Jerry Nells, 58, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance. Friday, Oct. 20: Stephen Ami, 38, failure to appear; and Michael Rodriguez, 34, disorderly conduct. Saturday, Oct. 21-22: None listed.
