These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. Monday, Nov. 6: Ernie Spencer, 68, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance; Lionel Yazzie, 49, two warrants; Desbah Crittenden, 36, disorderly conduct; Samuel Kenyon, 24, disorderly conduct; Tonyson Begay, 47, an open container violation and disorderly conduct; and Leta O’Daniel, 81, trespassing. Tuesday, Nov. 7: Katherine Nelson, 38, failure to appear; and Leslie Clark, 60, and Leoria Sommer, 47, both for trespassing. Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 8-9: None listed. Friday, Nov. 10: Timothy George, 45, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance. Saturday, Nov.11: None listed. Sunday, Nov. 12: Martin Ponce Jr., 27, disorderly conduct involving weapons; and Hazel Prine, 19, a warrant.
