Tommy Yazzie Sr., 49, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, in Lower Greasewood Springs. Services were held Oct. 14 at the Greasewood Catholic Mission. Tommy was known for his hard work, love for horses, wood hauling and most for his jokes. He loved making people laugh wherever he went, and was always willing to help people in need. His love for his children he showed unconditionally. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Yazzie III and Tommy Yazzie Jr.; three daughters, Tamisha, Tamara and Tanisha Yazzie; his mother, Dollie Yazzie; three brothers, Lorenzo Yazzie, Antonio Yazzie and Alonzo Yazzie; and four sisters, Patsy Hart, Mary Lou Yazzie, Bernice Yazzie and Thomasita Yazzie. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow was in charge of the arrangements.
