The second reading of Ordinance 2015-01 was held and approved by the Taylor Town Council June 4, setting the regular meetings of the council on the first Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. The ordinance takes effect Aug. 1, but the July council meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 2.
