The following criminal case was heard in Navajo County Superior Court recently. Rickey Allen Jr. admitted to violating the terms of his probation on original charges of endangerment and DUI. He was sentenced to one year in the Navajo County Jail, with credit for 174 days served. The terms of his probation will be terminated upon his release. He was sentenced by Judge Dale Nielson.
