The following criminal cases were heard in Navajo County Superior Court recently. Christian S. Wade pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI. He received a suspended sentence and was placed on probation for five years. As a condition of his probation, he must first spend four months in the Arizona Department of Corrections, with credit for two days served. He was sentenced by Judge Dale P. Nielson. Kyle Nez admitted to violating the terms of his probation on original charges of aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He received a suspended sentence and his probation was reinstated. As a condition of his probation, he must first serve 180 days in the Navajo County Jail, with credit for 101 days served. He was sentenced by Judge Nielson.
