The following incidents were among the 240 handled by the Snowflake-Taylor Police Department (STPD) during the period of March 20-26. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by STPD officers are accused of committing a civil violation or of criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 7:01 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, Kaitlyn Baczynski, 18, was arrested for shoplifting after an employee of Walmart, located at 715 N Main St., reported the theft of items. Baczynski was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 6:44 p.m. on Monday, March 25, Johnathan Garvin, 42, of Clay Springs, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on 4th South Street and 1st West Street in Snowflake. Garvin was booked into the county jail.
