The following incidents were among the 245 handled by the Snowflake-Taylor Police Department (STPD) during the period of Nov. 27 – Dec. 3. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by STPD officers are accused of committing a civil violation or of criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 10:04 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, Amber Garcia, 46, of Snowflake, was arrested for DUI and an open container violation following a traffic stop on Main Street and Center Street in Snowflake.
At 5:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, a 15-year-old boy was issued a juvenile referral for trespassing and underage drinking after an officer responded to a residence on North Hillside Drive in Snowflake, for a report of a window broken at a vacant residence.
At 8:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Sarah Reid, 32, of Taylor, and Christopher Mitchell, 41, of Taylor, were both arrested for assault after an officer responded to a residence on West Ranch Road in Taylor for a report of a domestic incident.
