The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Areas 1 and 2 during the period of Dec. 1-7. Areas 1 and 2 include Joseph City, Woodruff, Sun Valley, Goodwater, Adamana, unincorporated areas of Winslow and Holbrook, and parts of the Navajo and Hopi reservations that are located within the boundaries of Navajo County. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 8:02 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, Sterling Prine, 19, of Winslow, was cited and released for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on Central Street at Charlton Avenue in Winslow.
At 12:32 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, Robert Jake, 22, of Holbrook, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies made contact with Jake in the Holbrook area. Jake was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
