The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Areas 1 and 2 during the period of Aug. 11-17. Areas 1 and 2 include Joseph City, Woodruff, Sun Valley, Goodwater, Adamana, unincorporated areas of Winslow and Holbrook, and parts of the Navajo and Hopi reservations that are located within the boundaries of Navajo County. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:43 a.m. on Monday, Carl Rytter II, 49, of Holbrook, was cited and released for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on McLaws Road and Obed Road in Holbrook.
At 6:45 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12, Eric Nelson, 50, of Holbrook, was arrested for trespassing after deputies were dispatched to the 1900 block of Perkins Valley Road in Holbrook for a report of an individual trespassing. Nelson was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 12 p.m. on Monday, Nicholas Serna, 37, of Holbrook, was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license after deputies made contact with Serna in the Holbrook area. Serna was booked into the county jail.
At 3:42 p.m. on Monday, Todd Siow, 40, of Laguna, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 377 at milepost 31 in the Holbrook area.
At 7:16 p.m. on Monday, Keith Counts Jr., 44, of Holbrook, was cited and released for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on West Arizona Street and 8th Avenue in Holbrook.
