The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Nov. 23-29. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 11:02 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, Doren Toll, 63, of Overgaard, was arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more, extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .20% or more, contempt of court, and two counts each of DUI and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Mogollon Drive and Forest Park Drive in Overgaard. Toll was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 12:20 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27, Rosemary Quintero, 64, was cited and released for DUI and an open container violation following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 309 in the Heber area.
At 7:09 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, Gary Halderman, 69, of Heber, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 306 in the Overgaard area. Halderman was booked into the county jail.
