The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Nov. 9-15. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12, Reese Garvin, 35, of Overgaard, was arrested for influencing the testimony of witness and assault after deputies were dispatched to the 3300 block of Buckhorn Bend in Overgaard for a report of a disorderly subject. Garvin was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
