The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of July 21-27. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:48 p.m. on Friday, July 26, John Bacon, 53, of Overgaard, was arrested for failure to comply and driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 307 in the Heber area. Bacon was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
