The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of March 24-30. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 8:06 a.m. on Monday, March 25, a 17-year-old Taylor girl was cited and released for criminal speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 296 in the Heber area.
