The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Jan. 15-21. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, Melanie Brown, 31, of Heber, was arrested for extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .20% following a traffic stop on Quarter Horse Trail and Bison Ranch Trail in Heber.
