The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of April 24-30. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. A K-9 deputy arrived on the scene to assist and indicated a positive alert. During the search of the vehicle, there were 3.3 grams of marijuana and a handgun. On Thursday, April 28, Charles Spencer, 42, was arrested for assault, criminal damage, assault/domestic violence, two counts of disorderly conduct/domestic violence and three counts of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to the 2700 block of Sunflower Drive in Heber for an intoxicated person.
