Sharon Ann Ruple (Pickering) born April 7, 1941, passed away Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, peacefully in her sleep. She was a loving mother and grandmother leaving behind two children, 14 grand and great-grandchildren, in addition to many more she loved through her marriage to Bill Ruple.
Sharon was a beloved teacher in Winslow from 1971 until 1995. She loved teaching and all of her students. They meant the world to her. She loved nature and was an avid reader. She will be missed by many and loved by all. She is preceded in death by both parents, her sisters and husband. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, at First Baptist Church, with burial at Desert View Cemetery.
