Rosa Salazar, 41, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015, at her home in Winslow. Visitation will be held from 5 to 6 o’clock tonight (Aug. 12) at Greer’s Mortuary Chapel in Winslow. Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 o’clock tonight at Madre de Dios Catholic Church in Winslow. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13, at the church. She was born Sept. 20, 1973, in Winslow, where she lived all her life. Survivors include her son, Alex Salazar; three daughters, Ashley (Shea) Wilkie, Arianna Padilla and Abigail Acosta; her mother, Fina Salazar; four sisters, Cathy (Dennis) Chavez, Diane Fredericks, Della (Kevin) Rhoads and Carol (Fred) Romero; her brother, Alex (Theresa) Salazar; and her grandson, Jordan Wilkie. She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Salazar.
