The Lady Roadrunners were in Payson on Saturday competing in the Rumble on the Rim one day tournament hosted by Payson High School.
Twenty other teams joined Holbrook in the event, which was won by Red Mountain High with 188.5 team points. They finished just ahead of Desert Vista’s 183.5.
Holbrook placed 13th with 27 points despite having low numbers on the roster. The Roadrunners had just three wrestlers compete in the meet. Ryen Murray (114) placed second in her class with a 4-1 record.
Riley Patterson (107) finished ninth with a 2-2 mark. Kaitlynn Stowe (120) finished 10th with her 0-4 mark.
Holbrook’s boys team didn’t compete this weekend.
