Ralph Linstra Our precious brother, Ralph Linstra, went to be with Jesus on June 5, 2022, after a valiant battle from complications with diabetes. He was born on Feb. 8, 1969, along with his twin brother Ron, in Winslow. Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, at Greer’s Mortuary, with burial to follow at Desert View Cemetery. He attended school in Winslow, graduating with the class of 1988. He then attended UTI automotive school and obtained an associate’s degree. He was a very gifted mechanic and was employed many years in that profession. He later became a correctional officer for the Winslow State Prison Complex. He loved to garden and had a green thumb. His gardens were the envy of all. He was loved by many and had a good sense of humor and a very caring heart, helping others in their time of need. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Rhoda Linstra, and is survived by his sisters, Rhonda Foster (Randy), Rhoda Ybarra (Gilbert), Rhena Martinez (Gilbert) and his twin brother Ron Linstra, and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow handled the arrangements.
