Northland Pioneer College will have a vacancy on the governing board due to the new boundary of District 2. The new board member term will begin on Jan. 2, 2024, and run through Dec. 31, 2024.
District 2 encompasses the region of Holbrook north of I-40, Joseph City, the Winslow Levee, and portions of the Navajo and Hopi reservations north of those areas. This position will replace Board Member Elias Jouen who, with the changes in District 2 boundaries, no longer lives within those demographics.
