*Glen Frey Memorial Photo by Steve Pauken Hundreds of people attended a memorial Tuesday night in Winslow for Glen Frey, founder of the band the Eagles and co-author of the song Take It Easy, a song synonymous with city. Flowers, balloons, candles and wreaths were left at the bronze statue of a lone guitarist hoping to hitch a ride with a girl in a flat bed Ford in Standin’ On The Corner Park. Frey died on Monday, Jan. 18, at the age of 67.
