Photo by Nolan Madden Street department workers took advantage of the holiday break to keep the city’s road surfaces in top shape, installing reinforced concrete sidewalk and roadway on West Buffalo Street to better support vehicle and foot traffic for Holbrook Unified School District students and staff members. On hand with City Manager Ray Alley at the Holbrook High School complex Dec. 23 were Randy Sullivan, Pat Serna, Moe Serna, Jose Agramont, Chris Young, Mike Young, Tim Kelley, Landen Hunt, Frank Rasheed and Doyce Stuart.
