A vinyl reproduction of Mel Bradshaw’s “Mail Order Bride” has been hung above the entry of the Skylark Courtyard in historic downtown Winslow, adding to the distinct culture of the city.
An internationally renowned painter of the Old West, Bradshaw now makes his home in Winslow. The mural was made possible as a cooperative project involving Mel Bradshaw, the Winslow Historic Preservation Board, Roberta Cano, Ken Evans, the Winslow Chamber of Commerce, Jim Buckley, the City of Winslow and the property owners, Tess Kenna and Lawrence Kenna.
