At approximately 6:24 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, the Winslow Police Department received a call from a woman reporting she had been locked out of her residence by a family member. When officers arrived, they made contact with the woman who stated she had been locked out of her residence in the 1200 block of East Second Street by her son, identified as Craig V. Harvey, 28, of Second Mesa and his 25-year-old girlfriend. During the investigation, information was received that Harvey, who had a valid warrant for his arrest from a previous incident, physically assaulted his girlfriend the night prior and would not allow her to leave the residence. Harvey was placed under arrest for kidnapping/domestic violence and two counts of aggravated assault/domestic violence. Harvey was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
