Leland Tom Williams, 35, was born April 6, 1988, in Chinle, the youngest son of Larry and Anita Williams. He went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 7, 2023. Leland moved to Holbrook in 2005 with his mom, Anita Barrera and stepdad, David Barrera. He lived in Pinon with his mom, brothers and sister before moving to Holbrook. He met his wife, Amber (Franklin) Williams in Holbrook. They both worked at Little Caesar’s Pizza and other places. He enjoyed cooking and was always helpful. Leland is survived by wife, Amber; children, Lillie, Gabriel, Trevor, Mia, Izaiah and Jazmyn; mother, Anita Barrera; brothers and sister, Lorenzo, Lawrence and Carmelita; grandparents, Bessie Ben, Ethel Bahe; uncles, Stanley (Maryann) and Martinez (Betsy); aunts, Ella (Raymond) and Louise (Pedro); mother-in-law Joyce (Lee); Amber’s grandma, Linda; and 24 cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester Ben and Harold Williams; father, Larry Williams; aunt, Mary Kaye; and cousins, Darrell and Timothy Ben. Funeral services for Leland will be held at the Holbrook LDS Church at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 16. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
