Kimberly Rae Cheney
Holy Rosary for Kimberly Rae Cheney, 38, will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, at Madre de Dios Catholic Church in Winslow, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Desert View Cemetery.
Kimberly Cheney passed away on Dec. 29, 2019, surrounded by family in Winslow. She was born on April 19, 1981, in Winslow. She loved travelling, live concerts, being with family, exploring new restaurants, music, but most importantly her nieces, Madison and Brooklynn Allen were a big part of life and her love.
She is survived by her parents, Lynn and Jeff Morgan; sisters, Amanda (David) Allen of Boise, Idaho, and Deidra Morgan of Winslow; maternal grandmother, Lupe Salazar; paternal grandmother, Rachael Cheney; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Salazar; paternal grandparents, Dale and Arlene Morgan; great-grandmother, Emma Trujillo Reyes; father, Richard Cheney; aunt, Angela Guzman; and great aunt, Paulie Perez.
Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow handled the arrangements.
