One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of May 22-28, according to dispatcher reports.
At 8:17 a.m. on Sunday May 26, a two-vehicle non-injury collision occurred in the 2000 block of McLaws Road. The vehicles involved were a black 2019 Jeep Cherokee driven by Eldon Thompson, 18, of Holbrook and a silver 2018 Nissan Versa driven by Coraima Garcia, 24, of Holbrook. According to the report, Thompson was traveling east on McLaws Road, turned on his blinker and slowed to turn into a private drive and was struck from behind by Garcia. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
