Gordon Dee Lyman of Snowflake, passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 1, 2025. He was born Feb. 20, 1937, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
With his first wife, Kynra (deceased), Gordon was blessed with seven children: Ken (Joan) Lyman, Mark (Brenda) Lyman, Jason (Chris) Lyman, Rachel (Alex) Maas, Rosanne (Jeramy) Decker, Karen (Justin) Hatch and Joe (Lyndsay) Lyman. Together they shared 34 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Gordon is survived by his wife, Katheryn Lyman, and was also a loving father and grandfather to her children: Bob (Janell) Huston, Joe (Pati) Huston, and Jennifer (Troy) Tanner, along with 12 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for Oct. 10 in Snowflake and a graveside service for Oct. 11 in Blanding, Utah, with details to be announced.
